• “We/Us/Our” refers to Anston Pharmacy (GPhC registered pharmacy premises located at 13 Sheffield Rd, South Anston, Sheffield S25 5DT).
• “You/Your” refers to the customer, patient, or individual accessing our services.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order or booking a consultation, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age (or have explicit parental/guardian consent where permitted by UK law) and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

4. Services & Appointments

Anston Pharmacy provides community and private healthcare services including vaccination clinics, ear wax removal, weight loss treatments, Pharmacy First consultations, and NHS EPS prescription dispensing. All appointments and product dispatches are subject to clinical evaluation and stock availability.

5. Patient Communication Consent

When completing an online order, prescription request, or appointment booking, you give us consent to contact you via telephone, SMS, or email regarding your healthcare, consultation details, or prescription status. We will never request sensitive financial passwords or confidential tokens via unsecure messaging.

6. Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure pricing, descriptions, and clinical information on our website are accurate. In the event of an inadvertent pricing error or clinical change, we reserve the right to correct details and notify you before fulfilling your request.

7. Cancellation & Right to Cancel

You may cancel an order or appointment prior to clinical approval or authorization. Once a prescription has been authorized or a product prepared/dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or returned due to UK pharmaceutical safety regulations. Please consult our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Anston Pharmacy will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or website, except where prohibited by UK law. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence or statutory clinical duty.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
